cozy stay in chinatown

friendly staff excellent location clean room
i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with local information, giving great recommendations for nearby restaurants. the location was excellent, placing me just a short walk from the subway station. my room was kept clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything i needed. the bathroom even had plenty of supplies.
i found the air conditioning difficult to manage. it seemed i could not adjust it myself from the room, made the temperature sometimes too cold. i had to call the front desk to have it adjusted, a bit inconvenient.

the hotel staff was helpful enough.
The room reeked of dampness. I'm guessing the carpets are the issue. sensitive sleepers beware, as the train noise is relentless. also, i wish the room cleaning had been more thorough.
